Resources for Funding High-growth Companies There are many ways to fund fast growing companies. Many businesses turn to loans and equity funding to support growth. Check out these documents: Types of Funding: An Explanation, Funding Sources Loans, or Funding Sources Equity in the Resource Library for information on potential funding sources.
Angel Investors
Angel investments are equity investments. Angels tend to invest smaller amounts and in younger companies than do VC’s. Angels also tend to invest close to home and can be difficult to locate. Kansas City has a new angel network to help you locate the funding you need. Mid-America Angel Investors will invest primarily in early-stage technology and life sciences startups.
